Is your jewellery handmade by you?

Yes! Everything is handmade by me with the exception of certain findings like earrings posts and scrolls, thin chain and clasps. With my cast jewellery I carve the wax myself but send them off to a casting company to be cast. Any enamelling is always done by me, I do not outsource enamelling.

Where do you ship to?

Currently I only ship within the UK. I apologise for any inconvenience caused. This may change in the future.

What shipping provider do you use?

I ship everything with Royal Mail first class tracked. If you require another provider please contact me before you place an order. You should expect to receive your order within 5 working days unless otherwise stated on the website at the time of ordering.

What is your returns policy?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn, in original condition, and returned with its original packaging via a tracked delivery service (preferably Royal Mail). Contact me through the web form for return instructions or the email in your confirmation email.

Once your return is received and meets these conditions, your refund will be processed within 3 business days.

Is your silver recycled?

Yes, all silver I use is recycled silver unless otherwise stated.

I want something in a different colour, is that possible?

It is possible to enamel pieces to order although due to the nature of enamel specific colours may not be available. If you wish something in a different colour please contact me.
